Our Project Process

With Pine Creek Site Works, you’ll only need one call from start to finish. Below is our step-by-step process for working on a project with us.

  • Step 1: Once you call or submit a form to us, you will speak directly with the owner in a personalized consultation. You will discuss your needs and a timeline for the project to determine the best course of action.
  • Step 2: Our team will conduct a site check of your home or business. We do this to ensure your site can be properly worked on and to determine the scope of work required before starting the project.
  • Step 3: Once we have confirmed all aspects needed for the project, we will create a contract. Both the owner and the homeowner or business owner will sign the contract to ensure everyone agrees on the scope of work, cost, timeline, and quality standards. When you sign the contract, you will also provide a partial payment for the project.
  • Step 4: After the contract is signed, we will officially schedule the project based on our availability and when you need it completed.
  • Step 5: Our site work services take around 8 weeks on average to complete after it’s been scheduled. Once complete, you can enjoy your new space!
